I have one as well but its the enchant mod and not the +30hp.
The problem is the cost to upgrade it would not be worth the price. And it maybe tough to find someone who already has it modded from WAY back since the 20% mod was the one that was most popular then IMO. Im looking for 60k for mine... its regular HoD with 20% but its not worthwhile spending so much on the +30 grip to add it. 100k would barely make it worthwhile since I know I can get about 60k for the sword itself. Note: If you have and HoD without the +30hp don't bother adding the +30hp mod yourself as you will be losing out on money
